The interview process was well structured and professional. The assessments felt relevant to the role. Overall, it was a positive experience and gave me a clear understanding of the role and company culture.
Stockland didn't have an assessment process which was great. I was also very lucky the interview process went well and they were extremely accommodating with having it held remotely as I was still based interstate. In addition it was very helpful Stockland regularly checks in with you before the interview and making sure you are performing the best you can.
