Within my immediate team, there has been tremendous amount of opportunity. The reason for the lower rating is once again due to the departments being siloed.
Training really depends on your team. Luckily in my first rotation my team has been super supportive and helpful in assisting me, however some others may not experience the same. Overall I have had a great experience but there are not many formal training opportunities that are as effective as someone at work training you in person.
