Fairly diverse. I think this is reflected across the industry anyway. Of course all the partners were not very diverse but as a boutique I don't think this is a huge issue (as compared to a larger company, where their impact is far more scalable). It is more diverse amongst the associates and senior associates. Much of the women in consulting roles were managers and in more senior roles which was great to see.
