I applied through the internship program, which included: 1) CV & Cover Letter Submission 2) Phone screening 3) Case study interview 4) Behavioural interview I was then offered a position as an intern and following the completion of the internship program, I was offered a full-time position.

There was a written application (resume, cover letter, transcript), followed by an online assessment, then first round case interview x1 with HR, then second round case interview x1 with a senior consultant and an engagement manager. It was fairly straightforward and rather standard across the industry. Level of difficulty was standard as well.
