From my observations at Struxture, there is a clear effort to build a diverse and inclusive workplace, especially during recruitment. It seems there is a strong focus on bringing in people from a variety of technical backgrounds, which makes for a diverse and skilled team. Additionally, there’s a strong emphasis on creating an inclusive culture where different perspectives are valued and people are treated fairly. I’ve noticed there’s a focus on making sure everyone has equal opportunities to develop and progress.
