One great thing about Struxture is that no day is the same. The day-to-day tasks are all dependent on the type of projects you are working on, and what stage they are in. A typical day during the middle of a tender, may look like responding to subcontractor emails & ensuring everything can start running smoothly for the day, from here there might be an early morning team meeting where we discuss the status of our projects & we look into our planner to see what is upcoming. Then I will begin doing any take-offs/measures for current project tenders, whilst consistently talking with subcontractors throughout the day.
