Overall, I had a positive experience with the SW interview process. The process was well organised and the interviewers were friendly and approachable, which made the conversations feel quite relaxed rather than overly formal. The interview focused on understanding my background, motivation for applying to SW and Audit, as well as my previous experiences and how I approached different situations. I also had opportunities to learn more about the graduate program, the type of work graduates are involved in and the team culture. I found the process quite conversational and felt that the interviewers were genuinely interested in getting to know me as a person, rather than only assessing technical accounting knowledge.
Interview process was very cruisy, an easy and seamless process. Were very accommodating to my life and studies too. Transitioning from a Vacationer to a Graduate was great too, and made everything very stress-free and simple.
