Training is a combination of structured learning and on-the-job development. As a graduate, I received initial training covering audit methodology, systems and the practical skills required for different areas of an audit. There are also ongoing internal training sessions as you progress and gain exposure to different types of engagements.
I haven't really seen performance reviews in action, but we're given decent training experiences.
