Quite flexible
WFH is not allowed unfortunately whilst we are graduates, so the first 6 months is a bit of a grind. In terms of hours though, not too stressful. Many work their 7.5 hours and walk out, I try and stick around a bit longer but there's not really any pressure to work longer than you're required.
