Graduate pay is good considering what most of the graduates are doing
Competitive pay I'm not sure if there are any, but it would be good to have bonuses as incentives.

My past employers pay Christmas bonuses etc. starting salary for a grad is not satisfactory compared to other grad positions in the market.
