Being in the first of four rotations of the graduate program, I personally haven't experienced promotions, but it seems like the company fosters talent well and pushes growth and promotion. In terms of career progression, my leaders are very encouraging and supportive of growth. They recognise your skillset well and help you develop and learn with meaningful work and guidance.
There are opportunities to roll off the grad program early depending on performance and opportunities.
