The culture is fantastic. Staff are incredibly friendly and supportive. Being part of the grad program, many of the grads tend to socialise during and after work. In terms of hierarchy, there is no feeling that as a grad I cannot express my opinion without consequences. Leaders are always listening and providing feedback. My Team (an all) is incredibly supportive and collaborative.We maintain frequent contact to update and support each other with tasks. The team leader is fantastic as managing us.
