My role is planning and evaluation on resourcing to ensure we have adequate staffing to complete frontline work, the work is meaningful in leading to positive business outcomes.
As a graduate, was given plenty of opportunities to work on meaningful and important work that was impactful across many parts of the business. Was given challenging and complex tasks that pushed me to learn more and gain valuable experience in my field.
I do a mix of project development and project management/ consulting. My day to day differs based of the project that I am a part of. I enjoy the dynamic nature of my role. The work feels meaningful as I am able to see the impact immediately by working closely with the stakeholders.
