The graduate program has mandatory trainings and workshops to ensure you are adapting well into the corporate world. On a professional level, there are many upskilling self-learning and workshops that are available for staff to complete. Coaching and mentoring have been constant, both from my rotation leader and the business sponsors. My rotation leader has provided continuous support and feedback to ensure that I grow during the time I am in his team.
