I am not sure at the moment. This is a two year program so contract will end on coming feb 2027. They have orally said they are working on policy to keep the graduates but they have not given any update since then. Do not know what's their plan.
Happy with the career progression opportunities. I think that the company has a broad scope of work such that there are a variety of roles available. Would be nice if TasNetworks did some more design/commissioning work as that sort of work is very rewarding engineering work in my opinion and forces the design/commissioning engineer to understand deeply the work they are doing.
