Workplace culture is good. There is a good mix of people being able to 'lock in' without talking to other people, but everyone is also down to help one another where needed. Nearly everyone seems to have time for one another and colleagues can have constructive disagreements without it getting too 'heated'. Colleagues can also generally socialise about non-work related matters as well which is good. I think due to all the restructures the company has gone through there are still some uncertainties regarding which time does what which can cause disagreements and inefficiencies.
