Very accessible. It's rare if I can't speak to my leader for more than a day and the grad coordinators are always there for a chat if need be. They do, they genuinely care and are good people. Sometimes their technical understanding is lacking, however. They handle performance feedback well and tack onboard as much feedback as possible in a constructive manner.
