As a recent graduate I have no experience of this yet, aside from the notion of yearly reviews.
I'm not quite sure about this to be honest but I've heard there's opportunities to move around. I'm not sure what it takes to get there
It has taken a lot of work to ensure that I have a career progression path at TEN. As it would only happen through self-motivation. Even then it is uncertain as the path often depends on decision outside my control, like Client decisions.
