The Data School offers a paid, two-year program focused on developing outstanding data analysts through hands-on training in Tableau, Alteryx, and client placements.
Everybody at the entry and mid-levels is on exactly the same pay, so there's no pay gap below the senior people. Recruitment is really even at the Data School. It's quite male-heavy in the senior ranks, but they're working on it.
The recruitment process is consistently evaluated to see if the company is adequately representative. We also hold events to target the area we feel we are lacking, for example we recent held a data and women event in our offices.
