The 2026 graduates have formed a very close bond both within work hours and after. This has built a safe space for everyone and i think its particularly beneficial for those who are not originally from perth. My team from my first rotation reach out to me weekly and make time to see me to make sure I am okay and enjoying my time at DWER which is really nice
A pretty social workplace and everyone is very nice.
The office culture can feel a bit lacking sometimes as a lot of people work from home so the office can be quite empty throughout the week. Teams throw various morning teas and occassionally catch up outside of work, but it depends on the team.
