My managers are quite accessible, though don't have much time to mentor due to workload. However, they are still very good with communication and providing feedback and recognition.
My line manager has been supportive of me and my role and is always willing to help. The graduate coordinator gives praise and recognition however could improve in terms of organisation and forward thinking. There have been occasions where details of upcoming event or requirements were not provided until just before the event. Additionally, promotion of the graduate program has not been done at a professional standard
