Extremely good mentors. Even after I have moved out of their team they still regularly check in to make sure i am happy and satifised with my work load and skills growth
My current placement manager is very accessible and a great mentor. Our graduate coordinator is lovely but takes a long time to get back to us and is not always the most consistent with answers.
The managers I've had so far haven't made too much of an impact on me. I think my proactive nature and independence has caused them to forget that I still need to be guided and mentored.
