I work at DWER on most days however I have requested Friday to be a WFH day. The employer is flexible with hours and working arrangements because there is 'flex time' which allows you to build up a slight surplus of hours, however you also get to use them as you wish so for example some days you can finish slightly early if you have built a surplus of flex time so it is quite flexible in general.
Very Flexible. Working from home has really helped cut down on my weekly travel time and fuel costs allowing me to have more free time outside of work.
Very flexible. I'm very grateful for such a good WFAL policy.
Very flexible with start times and remote work. Staff are only required to do a minimum of two days in the office. I usually start at 8.30 and finish at 4.30. Sometimes there will be a need to work a few extra hours but you get this time back really easily through 'flex time'. Taking time off to attend appointments has always been accomodated.
