At this stage, I am still studying so will remain in the graduate program until I finish university. However, the team has been very helpful with my development in this role. They have provided me with opportunities to grow, to support my future progression. Even though I am only at work 3 to 4 days a week, Winslow have provided me with the opportunities to develop and complete my studies. I can see a future / career at Winslow, especially with their learning and development opportunities.
