The workplace culture at Winslow is friendly, supportive and team-oriented. Within the office, there is a good balance between professionalism and a relaxed atmosphere, with colleagues generally approachable and willing to help each other. The hierarchy is structured, but there is still good communication between different levels of the organisation, making it easy to ask questions and seek guidance when needed. There is a strong sense of cooperation and teamwork, with employees working together to achieve common goals and support each other when required. The friendly banter within the office also helps create a positive and enjoyable environment. Outside of work, colleagues are generally quite social, and there are opportunities to interact and build relationships beyond the workplace. Overall, I have found Winslow to have a welcoming culture where people work well together and enjoy being part of the team.

The workplace culture is very unique and overall positive. The project managers and those working under them work in a way that ensures that we are all having fun and cooperating with each other. We have lunches and outside office events to socialize with each other.

Workplace culture at Winslow is second to none, making there employees feel more like a family than co workers. All personal no matter the role they're in are willing to work together and support each other for everyone's success and personal development.

Some bosses feel like family and others are very cold, depends who you get, if you're lucky its like having an older sibling looking over you and teaching you the ropes.
