Winslow is multicultural and everyone is treated the same.
My company particularly aims to be inclusive, with extra support offered to women in the role (as it's not as frequently seen in construction). Most new recruitment starts at the graduate level, with the intention of promotion. There is a really high retention level here with many of my coworkers being employed 5+ years ago.
Within Winslow there is many opportunities regardless of your background. Everyone is seen as an equal and provided with the same opportunities to roles & promotion.
I perceive this company to be very fair in relation to diversity and inclusion. Opportunities seem to be available to everyone equally and there is a high level of retention. There is a small number of women compared to men but these numbers are increasing.
There is a 'Women of Winslow' initiative where Women within the group can engage with each other and connect. There are many training programs available to all employees, as appropriate, for promotion and development.
