From my experience, Winslow provides a welcoming and inclusive workplace where employees from different backgrounds and with different levels of experience are treated fairly and respectfully. I have found that everyone is given opportunities to contribute, learn and develop, regardless of their position or experience level. As an undergraduate engineer, I have felt included within the team and have been given opportunities to work alongside experienced employees and contribute to projects.
