
Talking to my managers is like talking to any other close friend that works in the company and they always make the time to help and praise is common when we do a good job.
Each team as a senior project manager that is easily accessible and are more than happy to provide guidance, training, and feedback. We do also have managers in high positions that are between multiple offices so are running around a lot, but are always accessible via phone. Each level of management within the office are involved in training every employee.
All of my managers have been amazing. Communication with them is very stress free and casual, working through areas of improvement together and formal feedback provided as required or wanted. They acknowledge areas that you have done well and recognise those achievements.
The managers are very experienced and have great interpersonal skills. Internal communication is very professional and consistent, it sets a good standard for the level of professionalism in the business.
My managers are accessible, and available to support all team members as needed. They make good mentors - they make the time to provide support and assistance. They share their knowledge on different aspects of the job daily, aiding in the work of all. Similarly, they provide feedback on what you have done well, and what possibly might need some improvement as it arises and during a performance review.
