My responsibilities vary depending on the project, which has allowed me to gain exposure to different aspects of engineering and construction. On a typical day, I may assist with project documentation, drafting variations, completing site and project-related checks, collecting and analysing information, and communicating with different members of the project team. I also have the opportunity to spend time on site, which has helped me understand how engineering concepts and designs are applied in real-world projects. A key part of my role is learning from experienced engineers and taking on more responsibility as I develop my skills and confidence. Overall, the role has provided me with valuable practical experience alongside my university studies.

My role is a Site engineer. My day-to-day tasks involves in procuring materials, managing costs and programs, maintaining relationships and liaising with stakeholders, engaging and managing subcontractors, maintaining health and safety aspect of the job on site.

My role includes supporting and building the projects Winslow are executing. Each day my role involves email communications, tendering, ordering, subcontractor selection, construction of the job from a engineering point of view and resolving any issues with projects.
