Office spaces generally come with all the standard facilities you would find in any other company, location varies however they're generally in a close proximity to other projects. Dress code is casual and Winslow provides clothing which is what most people wear.
We have a few office locations that all vary in sizes and facilities. However, most will include a bullpen, some private offices, small kitchenette, toilets, and lunch area. We work in close proximity with everyone, so our office is pretty friendly. In terms of dress code, there is no "professional" expectation and many of us wear jeans/slacks, company polos/hoodies. We just have to wear long pants (and singlets are generally frowned upon) and ensure that there are no inappropriate logos etc. If we are attending a more formal client event it is expected, we wear more professional attire (Slacks and shirt etc).
The Winslow offices are all very different but they all provide a more or less open plan office area and access to a staff kitchen & general amenities. The dress code is very casual, most people wear the Winslow jumpers or suppliers hoodies with jeans/chinos.
The office space is large with a good amount of people, well equipped tea room and majority of people sit down to have lunch together and go for a walk after lunch to break up the day. There is also a table tennis table that gets used everyday. The dress code is quite casual, most people wear an item of the uniform like a hoodie or vest and pair it with jeans and sneakers.
The office space is spacious enough to accommodate all employees. It is located close to the job sites, which is ideal and reduces travel time during the day. The facilities are very good.
