I found my interview process simple and straight forward, i felt comfortable and the questions were simple and easy to answer. I was offered to start the same day!
The process was smooth; I initially applied via LinkedIn and was brought in for an interview pretty soon after. I only went through one interview before I was offered my role. The actual onboarding process including contract signing, health checks and completing my white card was a little slower but the process began just before the Christmas break.
I personally did not get a formal interview. My application was assessed and I was told I was successful. Following this I was provided with the opportunity to gain experience and show my suitability by labouring on site.
I attended two interviews, the first interview was with the company's internal recruitment manager at the HQ to see if I was a good candidate for the role. Since that was successful, I attended a second interview at the office I was to be placed at, and interviewed by my direct manager. I was placed at my particular office location due to my location preferences, and also the recruiters opinion of where I would enjoy most according to the social environment. I appreciated this consideration from the recruitment manager and felt looked after.
I applied for this role through Winslow, and received a prompt response and feedback. I went for an interview and got the job.
