I am currently working approximately 30 hours per week. While balancing work and university can be challenging at times, Winslow is very supportive and is always willing to provide time off when needed to help me manage my university commitments.
We start really early from 7am and finish at 5pm. On some occasions we do start even earlier depending on what site we need to get too. Unfortunately, there is not much positive thing I can say about the company offering good work life balance.
The employer is very flexible with work hours and arrangements with opportunity to work from home on special occasions.
Haven't asked for remote working arrangements, but its hard to do the job remotely. My bosses have never had any issue with coming late or leaving early for appointments/car service etc.
