This is one of their big focuses. They have paid transition leave for trans people, & try to keep everyone educated & encourage celebration. They are over 50% women/other non-men last I herd & this has been a big goal of thiers, they do a lot to make it a comfortable workplace for women.
This topic came up serval times during the interview process, i got the impression this is very important to them and during induction there was also a focus on this.
