Everyone higher up I've talked to has been nice, but there are not many as it is a flat structure so it can be a bit confusing
I don't feel like we have managers in the traditional sense. While i don't yet have a mentor within the company but soon will. I feel like those who are in higher positions are always willing to point me in the right direction.
