I work in the warehouse offices of my site. They are always clean and well presented, everyone has access to desks, with a number of meeting rooms and board rooms available for meetings and trainings. The dress code is "Well Dressed". Come to work looking like you take care of yourself. For client meetings I've noticed its typically more business attire or Toll Branded items.
The head office at St Kilda Road is very nice, clean and appeals to pretty much everyone. The Port Melbourne office isn't as nice or as great. It looks run down, quite dirty and not as well maintained . Dress code is formal but not blazer / suit formal, just a shirt and dress pants. I believe it is called business casual?
Has everything except a gym. Dress code is good too
Dress code depends on where you are currently placed. There are office environments (in which case it will be standard office attire), and there are also placements in depots and warehouses (in which case, you will have to wear steel capped shoes, high vis and other relevant PPE)
