From what i’ve seen, there are definitely opportunities to move up at rcp if that’s what you’re aiming for. They’ve got a clear framework for progression, and it’s tied to both your skills and experience. Basically, if you’re proactive about learning and take advantage of the resources they offer - like training sessions, and mentorship - you can set yourself up for the next step. it’s not just about time in the role; you need to show you’re ready by building the right competencies and taking on more responsibility. The company makes it pretty clear what’s expected at each level, which helps you plan your development.
I have been given the opportunity to be apart of the graduate program once i complete my degree.
Not sure, haven't had a lot of exposure to it. We are guaranteed a full time role after completion of the grad program which is good. I am in my second rotation and still have not had an engineering rotation despite being hired in the engineering stream. So prospects in regards to engineering are not looking great so far. I still have two rotations left so i will know better then.
