Great environment with all the facilities you need to complete your job and feel comfortable while at work
The facilities are fairly modern having had renovations in the past 5 years, despite the building itself being quite old. The location of the office is right next to Central station / Haymarket which is very convenient. The dress code is slightly more corporate, with business casual being the norm Monday to Thursday, and Fridays some people do casual Fridays.
The dunedin office is in a great spot right in the city centre, which makes it super convenient for getting around. The space is designed to support both focused work and a healthy work-life balance, and the overall culture encourages flexibility and professionalism. dress code-wise, it’s business casual from monday to thursday - even when working remotely or jumping on video calls (at least from the waist up!). Fridays are more relaxed, with casual wear totally fine as long as it’s still presentable. The general approach is just using common sense and keeping things professional, since we’re representing both the company and our clients.
