From what i recall, the interview process focused on getting to know me as a person rather than just my technical skills. The questions were centered around my interests, hobbies, and what i enjoy doing, which made the experience feel more conversational and less intimidating. This approach helped me feel comfortable and allowed me to show my personality. It also gave me the impression that the company values cultural fit and personal strengths, not just qualifications
Quite straight forward, the experience was largely centred around the initial application process and the interview stage as well.
It was long but straightforward.
I found the process somewhat impersonal. When i applied for the internship i received phone calls, but when i applied for the graduate program i only received emails. In saying that when i encountered issues and rang up, staff at transgrid were always kind and helpful. The assessment centre felt rushed and i wasn't a huge fan of the speed interview style, but again all of the interviewers and organisers were warm and approachable.
