Was engaging and wasn't overwhelming
The application and interview process was overall quite straightforward. We received good and timely communications/updates. The assessment centre itself and the structure is standard. The difficulty of the questions and group task was just right - it was not very technically challenging, but rather the challenge was in working in the group to give the final presentation. The individual interview section was also not super technically challenging, rather it was quite relaxed and laid back.
From what i recall, the interview process focused on getting to know me as a person rather than just my technical skills. The questions were centered around my interests, hobbies, and what i enjoy doing, which made the experience feel more conversational and less intimidating. This approach helped me feel comfortable and allowed me to show my personality. It also gave me the impression that the company values cultural fit and personal strengths, not just qualifications
