The graduate program lasts for 12 months. At the end of the program, you are promoted to either an assistant project manager or a consultant. There are many services offered at TSA Riley and as a grad you get to work on so many different projects across many services.

The graduate program is a 12-month programs where you experience many aspects of the business and can engage in all the avenues that you wish to explore. After the graduate program, you will be able to be promoted to assistant project manager. Within the company, there is guidance around the skills required for each role, and training programs are provided in order to teach you to harness these skills. When the aptitude is shown, rewards in the form of promotion are provided.
Graduates are given the opportunity to progress to an Assistant Project Manager position by the end of the year-long Graduate program, through the achievement of competency goals.
Promotion opportunities are allocated fairly and based on established criteria. It is easy to picture a path to promotions, and what actions to take to be considered for promotion.
