TSA Riley is a global project consulting firm that provides comprehensive services across the entire built environment project lifecycle.
It was most unique process I had applied for. The in-person assessment was designed to feel more like a workshop, we got to know the company and they got to know about us.
After applying there was an in-person group meet with a task done in teams which was great to be done in person. Following was an interview which was very personable and relaxed.
Process was performed in two phases. First phase was a group meeting with senior staff members and was a workshop style interview - where applicants were asked to brainstorm and provide insights on mock projects. Second phase was a formal individual meeting with senior staff members and was introductory style interview, where the focus was on the applicant personally and what was the goals and aspirations for them.
The acquisition process was a 4-step process; 1) Submission of Graduate Application (involving a series of interview-like questions) 2) Group Assessed Workshop 3) Psychometric Exam 4) One-on-One Interview. Stage 4: the interview, was quick, yet thorough. Within 40minutes, I was asked a range of questions that lead to interesting discussions about the industry.
Interview process and assessments were fairly standard, interviewers were friendly and fair.
