Excellent culture in the office and after hours. Very positive and supportive environment, lots of guidance and mentoring from seniors and leaders. The team organises quarterly social nights and spontaneous after work social activities which is great for connecting outside of work.

In the office is great, everyone is communicative and considerate in my team. I had a great experience socializing with the other vacationers during the program and often spent time outside of work with them.

Everyone is very welcoming and friendly, always happy to have a chat or help with anything. Branch-based social and team activities include a group walk to a Unitywater site every few months and a group lunch once a month. Smaller teams have more regular catchups for coffee or lunch. Some teams socialise more outside hours, but often during work hours a coffee or lunch together is more common than anything after work.

The culture is encouraging and exciting. I enjoy coming to work. There are no compulsory after hours commitments which I appreciate. There is a clear structure in place but I've found all of my supervisors and management easy to get in touch with and communicate with. My current boss is a total team player.
