Lots of diversity and inclusion. Frequent lunch events hosted by the company in the office.
Although I am not super well versed with the diversity and inclusion processes within the company, it is a big part of their focus in the onboarding training. Additionally, the company works with lesser heard communities very closely and is not afraid to show their commitment to such efforts. Additionally, there are often events celebrating multiculturality and it feels like everyone has the space to be their authentic selves and still be accepted.
I have observed that there is a prominent number of females in leadership roles, whether this is team leaders, branch managers or executives. This is representation makes being a woman in the engineering space not as overwhelming and gives positive opportunities for mentorship and learning experience sharing. I have also noticed a good diversity in ages within the teams I have worked within.
Equal opportunity employer and I've found them very good. People have been very lovely to me personally and I enjoy working here (I'm a woman with autism) They have an uplift program for women to assist with career progression and management skills. Design of new office spaces they account for inclusivity e.g. making the space adjustable to each person's needs, accessible. Host 'lunch and learns' which anyone can join remotely and often include education on diversity.
Very inclusion
