Usually very accessible, always happy to help and answer questions but allow you to do the work at your own pace, good internal communication, praise and recognition is certain situations, one-on-one meetings to discuss work and satisfaction.

My managers are very accessible and friendly and have been very helpful for me in developing real world skills. They provide great feedback and I never feel that they are too critical or too passive when they engage with my work.

All of my managers and leaders have been amazing. They are very transparent, accessible and communicate regularly and clearly. Weekly check-ins with my direct leader, and fortnightly team meetings with the wider team offer great opportunities to recognise people and provide updates on anything. Being based on the office, the line and branch managers all sit in the desks nearby and regularly stop for a chat or to check in. They have all been very willing to offer advice, feedback and praise, and often call out good work in the group chats and the branch meetings. There are annual formal performance reviews, but as a graduate I receive an informal end of rotation review to discuss development and feedback for learning opportunities.

Easy to approach and communicate with. My direct manager is awesome and is a great mentor (very knowledgeable and willing to share his knowledge. Friendly and gives great feedback)
