Overall great experience. Super smooth process, lots of communication via phone and email, very accommodating to your personal schedule and availability. Helpful preparation materials provided. Everyone was very friendly.

The interview process was awesome as it was a lot of more personal-feeling than most others I experienced. At no point did I feel like my answers were just going to be put through some algorithm and having actual communication with company representatives early on was a refreshing change.

Application requested cover letter and resume with answers to short answer questions. Then a psychometric assessment was done with fast response maths, comprehension and logic questions. A screening phone call with recruitment assessed qualifications for the role and alignment and I was also able to learn more about the Graduate program. The interview was virtual and had three panelists including one person from recruitment and two from potential teams I might work in. The experience was positive overall and very quick and easy to follow with transparency on next steps etc.

It was exhausting early in the process - doing online tests etc. I find tiring. Later in the process it was a very positive experience - I enjoyed the final interview, and the talent acquisition team was so kind and regularly checked in.
