The interview process was straight forward and clear
I did an online interview (as I was in a different state at the time. I think most of the other grads did in-person interviews) and I felt extremely positive about it and found it a good experience. Three people interviewed me, and they were positive and kind and asked and answered questions well. I felt very excited about the job after the interview. The process was pretty standard based on the other places I'd applied to. First submit the resume online then get an email inviting you to do a few online quizzes (I always find these awful and exhausting. The personality sort of quizzes I find very difficult as I'm autistic and there are a lot of questions - for every application I did, not just this one - that are a) way too abstract so are really difficult/stressful to answer because my answer completely depends on context b) seem like they'd filter out autistic people e.g. "how do you cope when plans change?" "do you enjoy meeting new people?" "How do you feel in a room full of people you don't know?" "Are you good at interpreting people's emotions?" "Do you get to know people quickly?" "Are you able to help regulate other people in the room when emotions are high?". Again, I just find them draining to answer personally.) and self-tape interview questions (I remember these being good and interesting/fun to answer) before going to the next round of in-person. After the in-person interview I had a health/physical fitness/blood test check (The tests themselves were pretty basic, but the contractor was difficult to deal with during this process, and I had to go back multiple times because they kept accidentally doing the wrong tests on me somehow. That was before I had a car, so it was pretty inconvenient. The guy who did my spirometry test was also difficult to deal with and got very upset about me having 'too much air in my lungs'?). The graduate contact person regularly checked in on me over the course of this process which was amazing and made things way easier for me. It was always easy to ask questions.

Interview process was fairly long with a multiple staged approach, including a recorded response questionnaire, formal interview, online quiz/ brain game as well as a physical. Although, the process was long and spanned over multiple months, the interview itself was very well managed, and the interviewer made an obvious effort to keep the interview friendly and stress free.
