Very satisfied with the pay in this job. Perks include: conference attendance paid for and encouraged, YWP event attendance paid for, Engineers Australia events paid for, external training paid for and encouraged. Generous with allowing leave to be taken at half pay and also very flexible (e.g. allow time in lieu to be taken if need to clock off early another day, allowed to take leave basically whenever, no compulsory office shutdown). Work vehicles can be taken for work related events.
