I haven't worked on any personally but the community is a massive stakeholder in the work we do and it is evident that they are prioritized at every point.
As a local utility, the company is committed to providing an essential service and not to exploit the monopoly of being the sole utility for the service regions. This looks like minimising customer pricing and planning prudently for future growth. Community engagement through community precincts like the Maleny Wetlands, or the Drink-tap van offer value back to the community.
I don't really know. The RAP is good, but I haven't worked on that personally at all. Good read and the workplace seems committed to it and engaging respectfully with traditional owners.
