I work 2 days per week whilst I am studying at university. This is my choice of a working arrangement that works for me. My employer is flexible with my work, allowing me to reduce or increase my hours depending on my schedule and work remotely when required.

I am now on as a casual, so I can in theory do my hours whenever I wish (within reason). I work remotely most of the time and it is great, although I do prefer the social aspect of working in the office.

The company is very flexible with working hours but this varies from team to team. My current team works 8am-4pm roughly but there is option to start earlier or finish late to work around appointment or external commitments or travel time. There is the opportunity to work from home up to 2 days per week. There are several offices and service centres to work from depending on where work takes you that day.

Currently I work from 5:30am - 2pm as an operator on site. These hours are not super flexible as it's when people need to be on site. No remote work possible. However, they will be very flexible where possible (e.g. taking time in lieu if you need to go early one day to an appointment etc.).

Extremely flexibility, it's up to me as long as you work your correct amount of hours
