While there may not be immediate or visible opportunities for graduates to progress within the organization at this stage, i don’t view that as a significant concern. My current focus is on successfully transitioning into the rotations, which i see as a valuable time to develop my skills, gain meaningful experience, and prepare myself for future career opportunities—whether within the organization or beyond.
At this point in time there is no succession plan which has been made visible. However considering my current role is a graduate role, it might be when in a permanent role, the career progression opportunities may make themselves more apparent. Furthermore it is hinted that there is a permanent role at the end of the graduate role however again there isn't much about the process to attaining this permanent role
As a graduate my understanding is that these aspects of the business will only become available to me once i've finished the program.
Definitely a lot of room to improve and get promoted. There's also processes in place for leaders to work with team members in defining and achieving their goals.
Unsure of the process post-program as it hasn't been discussed. Because of this, i don't know when or how progression can happen.
